Shipping policy
To provide the best prices, we do not have a physical storefront or warehouse for local pickups. We offer free shipping within the contiguous United States.
Please allow 2-3 business days to process and package your order, and 7-10 business days to ship via Fed-Ex Ground. Do note that our custom Dirt Lockers® and J Hooks are processed and shipped separately, resulting in potentially staggered delivery timelines. This is especially relevant for large Dirt Locker® orders, as multiple boxes in a shipment may be delivered on different days. For your convenience, all orders are shipped in boxes weighing no more than 50 lbs each.
The boxes are designed to hold up to 100 Minis (separate box for pins), 25 Mild, or 20 Steep Dirt Lockers. Each J Hook box accommodates 10 to 70 J Hooks, depending on their size.
Tracking numbers will be generated by FedEx. To access multiple tracking numbers, please make use of the link provided in your tracking email. It's important to be aware that your delivery confirmation email will only exhibit the master tracking number. Please bear in mind that certain packages may still be in transit.
PO Boxes: Sorry, we do not deliver to PO Boxes. All orders require a physical, non-PO box address for delivery. If you do not have a personal address you wish to use, please consider a neighbor or friend's address for shipment.
Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska commonly utilizes Fed Ex 2-Day Air for its cost-effectiveness. We recommend sourcing your own metal rebar hooks locally to reduce shipping costs. For 3rd-party shipping alternatives, please email info@dirtlocker.com.
Shipping to Puerto Rico typically (but not always) uses Fed Ex International Economy.
Please note that shipping fees are calculated during checkout and include upfront taxes to Puerto Rico. While you will just see a "shipping" fee as a line item, it also includes taxes. International shipping typically takes up to 14 business days, but delivery times may vary. Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process, and package your order.
